Tattoo artists from all over the world have gathered at the Hong Kong China International Tattoo Exhibition to showcase their skills.

The event, held at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre from October 4 to 6, is in its eighth edition. The program offers tattoo artists and enthusiasts a chance to connect and appreciate the variety of tattoo styles from countries like Japan, Thailand, Serbia, and more.

Visitors also get to see live tattooing, browse art displays, and even get tattooed. The event also features a Poster Marathon and a Tattoo Competition, where artists display their interpretations of themes like "Tattoo Industry," "Hong Kong Culture," and "Skull."

The exhibition is a hub for creative expression, drawing both local and international participants.

“I have quite a fascination with tattoos and I actually want to get a tattoo fixed up and some stuff added to, that I got last year at this convention,” AFP quoted Chris Perkims, one of the visitors at the event. Many attendees are seeking unique designs, with some hoping to find the perfect tattoo from artists featured at the convention.

Among the tattoo artists attending are Marko Stamenkovic from Thailand, Meow Meow from China, and Sajin from Korea. Local artists like Hana and Tuna are also participating, making the exhibition a diverse and vibrant gathering for tattoo lovers.
